Turtle Beach was growing fast and needed to upgrade their e-commerce infrastructure to keep up with rapid demand. To supplement their own marketing and web development efforts, and help them migrate to Shopify, Turtle Beach turned to informal.

We assembled a digital operations team to help with project management, re-platforming, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Working primarily with Shopify and affiliated third party applications, informal members helped Turtle Beach deploy a dozen e-commerce properties in multiple markets around the world.
